Where: Kaza
Facilities: This hotel offers 12 rooms. There is also a large dormitory if you wish for a large group. This hotel also arranges adventurous activities and offers the option of scheduled monastery tours Hot water, housekeeping, and a Doctor-on-call are other amenities this hotel provides.

Where: Keylong

Hotel Kinner Villa
Where: Kalpa
Facilities: The hotel has 20 rooms. It also has a dormitory with six beds. Their Super Deluxe and Deluxe rooms offer a beautiful panoramic view of snow-covered peaks of the Kinner Kailash. The rooms are equipped with Television with satellite channels. The hotel also has Wi Fi , running hot and cold water.

Samaa Resorts
Where: Chitkul, Kinnaur
Facilities: This hotel aims to help its guests relax and experience a closeness to Mother Nature. Established by a pair of enthusiastic bikers and travellers, this resort offers a beautiful view of the mountain and the Baspa river. It offers 28 rooms and 7 attics. Bonfire area, garden, an in house restaurant provide an excellent service to the guests. They have three kinds of rooms, and the ones that offer a view of the valley cost slightly more than ones that don’t offer it. This is a great option for a family vacation.

Homestays

Maybe you are on a tight budget. Maybe you don’t want to stay in a hotel but instead, have a taste of what it means to truly experience the place you are visiting. Homestays are the perfect solution!
You will live in rooms which are a part of a local family’s residence. There you will get the opportunity to have a first hand taste of the cuisine as well as the day to day life of the locals. Warmth and a pleasant stay is offered by these kind hearted and enterprising locals, but please keep in mind that this will not be the same as living in a hotel. Certain facilities that you may easily get and expect will be not available because of the remoteness of Spiti.

Tenzi Homestay Langza
Where: Langza
Facilities: This delightful little place has five rooms, out of which two have attached bathrooms. Common bathrooms are available for the rest of the rooms.
Rates: The nightly rate for the rooms with attached bathroom is Rs. 1000 per head. If you opt for the rooms without attached bathroom the price is Rs 700 per head. Breakfast and dinner are included.

Khabri Homestay Lhalung
Where: Lalung village in Spiti Valley.
Facilities: Though this homestay has four rooms, there are no attached bathrooms. However, common bathrooms are available.
Rates: A nightly stay will cost Rs 700 per person. This also includes breakfast and dinner.

Rabsal Homestay Dhankar
Where: Dhangkar village of Spiti Valley.
Facilites: Though the homestay has six rooms, none of them have an attached bathroom. However, common bathrooms are available. Five of the rooms have double beds. The last room is large enough for a group of five.
Rate: A nightly stay will cost Rs. 700. This fee also includes breakfast and dinner.

Phuntsok Homestay Tabo
Where: Tabo village.
Facilities: This homestay offers two rooms with an attached bathroom. There is also a room without the attached bathroom. You can opt for that and make use of the common bathroom.
Rates: A nightly stay will cost about Rs 800 to Rs 1000 per head. This is inclusive of tea, breakfast, and dinner.

Miklam Homestay Kaza, Rangrik
Where: Rangrik village, just outside Kaza
Facilities: Five well maintained, clean rooms with a common dining area. The locals running this comfortable homestay also make delicious butter tea!
Rates: A nightly stay including tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner will cost Rs 1000 to Rs 1300 per person.
