1. Where is my order?

You can track your order online with tracking Id/link shared with you once the order is shipped. The details will be shared on the contact no provided in the order details.

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are shipped in 1 working day and are delivered in 4/5 working days. Do note that orders for Tshirts/Sweatshirts take 2 working days to be shipped.

3. Can I get my orders delivered at a specific time?

We understand that the busy lifestyle needs shipment deliveries to be flexible with receiver’s availability at office or home. If you have any specifications on delivery timing, please mention it in the Notes while placing an order. We share those inputs with the courier partners who are responsible for the delivery.

4. What are the shipping charges?

A flat shipping fee of INR 75 is charged on all shipments in India. Free shipping is applicable on purchase of 499/- & above. You will also be notified on the Cart page, of the minimum order value above which you can get free shipping.

5. Can I pay by Cash on delivery (COD) for my order?

We currently do not provide a COD option for orders. We do accept most international credit cards like VISA, MASTER and also accept payments via Paytm or Google pay on request.

6. Do you deliver internationally?

7. What is return & exchange policy?

We at Tripnme offer you a quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the received product for any reason, you can return it. Items will have to be in new condition and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. We will either replace it with another design or size, or offer credit on a future purchase.

8. Who bears the delivery charges of the items returned?

If the product was returned due to any sort of product damage, defective or the wrong product was received from what was ordered, then Tripnme will bear the delivery charges else for any other reason delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer.
